Job Description

Mickey's is looking for an overnight wait staff. If you are a night owl and like to joke around with our customers, you would be a great fit. Pay starts at $15.00 plus tips. We are seeking a friendly and attentive Waitstaff / Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the guest's primary point of contact during the dining experience—welcoming them, guiding them through the menu, taking and delivering orders, ensuring cleanliness and order in the dining area, and maintaining excellent service standards. Your role helps set the tone for the guest's experience and contributes directly to our reputation and success. Greet and welcome guests in a warm, timely and professional manner; escort them to their tables. Present menus, answer questions about food and beverage offerings. Suggest menu items and upsell when appropriate (e.g., add‑on items, beverages, desserts) to enhance guest experience and boost revenue. Accurately take food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen promptly. Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely fashion, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy. Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction, respond to requests or complaints, and follow up appropriately. Clear and reset tables between guests; maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area (tables, chairs, floors, service stations).
Handle guest payments:
process cash, credit card, or other transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines consistently. Adhere to company policies and standards for service. Assist with opening/closing duties, side work, and other tasks as assigned (e.g., stocking service stations, cleaning, as needed.
