Serve patrons by creating the best possible craft beer experience. General Requirements:
Appreciation for craft beer. Feeling of well-being and confidence when around others and good beer. Ability to communicate descriptions of multiple beer styles and flavors. Must be at least 21 years of age GED or High School Diploma Availability evenings and weekends and some holidays. Wednesdays and Thursdays- start time 2:30 pm

Start time 10:15am - Those with more weekend availability will be more heavily considered for this role Work on your feet for the duration of the shift Carry at least 40-50 lbs and lift throughout the shift Engage in learning opportunities and procedural changes Effective, outgoing, friendly communicator/greeter to actively engage customers Effectively interact in a respectful manner with customers and staff Experience in retail or bar/restaurant environments Alcohol Server Awareness Training will be required within 14 days of hire (we'll provide info on courses and pay for training)
Duties:
Greet guests, fill orders, serve beer and non-alcoholic beverages Complete cash and credit card transactions using Point of Sales software (Toast is our POS) Maintain an enjoyable atmosphere for customers by adjusting music, lighting, and furniture Ability to multi-task and provide friendly customer service Interact with and educate customers about craft beer and answer questions about beer (i.e.various styles, processes, etc) with confidence Check identification in accordance with state regulations General cleaning: Bus tables, wash dishes, sweep, mop, clean bathrooms, back of house facilities, perform open and closing lists, and other items, etc. (Handle cleaning/sanitizing chemicals) Carry out instructions for a variety of taproom promotions and events Communicate with supervisors and coworkers Duties also include lifting heavy items such as chairs/tables and empty kegs (sometimes team-lifting full kegs).
