We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs throughout their dining experience
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices is a plus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Proficient in using POS systems, OpenTable, or similar reservation platforms is a plus We offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
