We are seeking a responsible and motivated individual to serve breakfast and lunch to students in grades 9 through 12 at Winona Senior High School.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve nutritious meals following USDA guidelines Ensure proper portioning and food safety standards Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and serving area Accurately complete required production and sanitation records

Requirements:

Must become a Certified Dietary Manager within 90 days of hire Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, self-directed, and efficient Prior food service experience preferred; training provided
