Hotpot is an Asian cooking method, prepared with a simmering pot of soup stock at the dining table, containing a variety of East Asian foods and ingredients. Korean barbecue known locally as (고기구이) gogi-gui, "Meat Roast", refers to the Korean cuisine method of grilling meat such as beef, chicken or pork, that you prepare yourself at your table. Our menu offers an extensive selection of fresh quality meats, seafood, noodles, and vegetables for Hot Pot and BBQ experience.

OVERVIEW

Our servers play a vital role in creating an exceptional dining experience. This position involves taking customer orders, providing knowledgeable answers about menu items, promoting food and beverage offerings, processing payments, coordinating with kitchen staff, seating guests, and supporting overall customer service and cleanliness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver outstanding service to ensure every guest enjoys a positive and memorable dining experience. Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including all food, beverage, and special offerings, and be able to describe them confidently. Effectively multitask and manage several tables at different stages of their dining experience. Work collaboratively with team members, offering assistance as needed to support smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift). Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds. Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in varying conditions, including heat, cold, and noise. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum:

1+ years of restaurant serving experience; demonstrated ability to help guide or train others.

Preferred:

3+ years of serving experience; strong leadership skills and experience training teammates.
