Job DescriptionThe Beverage Server delivers exceptional hospitality and professional beverage service to guests in lounge, restaurant, and gaming areas. This position is essential to creating a welcoming and refined guest experience through attentive, courteous service and genuine engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, providing courteous service that exceeds hospitality standards.

Receive and accurately understand beverage orders, communicating requests clearly to bartenders to ensure precision and timeliness.

Skillfully carry and balance beverage trays while maintaining composure and attention to guest needs throughout service.

Actively circulate throughout assigned service stations, proactively engaging guests, taking beverage orders, and delivering beverages with professionalism and care.

Process charges accurately for all orders, accept payment with integrity, and maintain precise cash handling and accountability at all times.

Administer complimentary beverages in accordance with company policy, enhancing guest satisfaction and loyalty. 
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
Minimum 21 years of age (legal requirement for beverage service)Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and hospitality excellenceStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteouslyPhysical capability to remain standing and actively circulate throughout assigned service areas for the duration of shiftsAbility to safely carry, balance, and serve beverage trays weighing up to 10 pounds while maintaining composure and attentivenessProficiency in accurate order taking, cash handling, and point-of-sale transactions with demonstrated integrity and accountabilityAbility to obtain and maintain all required state and local beverage service licenses and certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
