Job DescriptionThe Server Assistant provides exceptional support to the front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings and a commitment to maintaining the highest service standards throughout each guest interaction.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide initial seating assistance, supporting the Front Server as neededMaintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods to accurately answer guest inquiriesDeliver water and beverage service throughout the meal, ensuring glasses remain filled and refreshedProvide bread service with professionalism, utilizing scripted presentationsServe coffee and additional beverages as requiredClear soiled tableware promptly and replace with clean service pieces between coursesPrepare tables for each subsequent course and maintain cleanliness throughout the meal, including crumb removalClear and reset tables efficiently upon guest departure, maintaining station organization and floor cleanlinessDemonstrate outstanding service skills and adherence to service sequence standardsExecute closing procedures and complete additional duties as assigned by managementQualifications•

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of food service or hospitality experience, preferably in an upscale dining environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team membersComprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including proper table service techniques and service sequenceAbility to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as carrying trays, clearing tables, and moving between stationsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain table cleanliness and proper setupReliability and punctuality with a commitment to consistent attendanceAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressureWillingness to learn •

Preferred Qualifications:
