Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, provide menu recommendations, and take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills, ensuring timely service during busy hours. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety protocols. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations. Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing questions or concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours. Ability to upsell menu items confidently using sales techniques like OpenTable or other reservation platforms.
