Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and/or server area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and a positive experience. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper accounting of sales. Assist with catering events as needed, providing bartending services for private functions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods. Uphold food safety standards and maintain compliance with health regulations. Skills Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Previous bartending experience preferred, with knowledge of cocktail preparation and mixology techniques. Familiarity with catering services is a plus. Strong understanding of food safety practices to ensure a safe drinking environment. Experience with POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
