Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent guest relations. Take accurate food and beverage orders using up to date POS or similar systems. Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions. Familiarity with food handling practices is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills with attention to detail. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
