• Server/Bartender
• Must be Legally permitted to serve, pour and mix Alcoholic beverages per Missouri Law and comfortable doing it. Prior Bartending experience is not mandatory
• Training will be provided.

In this energetic role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied. Demonstrate food knowledge, serve with confidence, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to a lively, upscale atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating arrangements, providing a friendly first impression. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Square POS system. Upsell menu items by highlighting specials and recommended dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Make drink orders and cocktails following provided instructions Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments through POS. Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff with food handling and sanitation procedures. Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing questions about menu items, dietary restrictions, or special requests with professionalism. Support food preparation when needed, adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation standards in the kitchen environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and an enjoyable dining experience for all guests. Experience No prior experience required but Prior Server/Bartender experience preferred. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, especially in upscale food service environments. Knowledge of Square or other POS systems is advantageous. Experience in guest services roles like host/host or food server helps build strong customer relations skills. Culinary experience or background in food handling enhances your ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and ensure quality service. Strong time management skills are essential for managing multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices.
