We're looking for servers who can own their section, know the food and drinks, and make every table feel like they chose the right place.

Job specifications:

Provide polished, warm table service in the dining room and on the patio. Learn and sell the seasonal menu, specials, and pairings (food, wine, cocktails, whiskey). Take accurate orders, run food and drinks, check back, and handle payments. Work with the bar, kitchen, and host stand so service stays smooth even when we're busy. Help with side work, resets, and keeping the floor guest-ready.

Job Requirements:

18 or older (Missouri law allows 18+ to serve alcohol tableside in a restaurant where food is a majority of sales; mixing or serving across the bar requires 21). Prior serving experience in full-service dining. Fine-casual, seafood, or wine-forward restaurants are a plus. Comfort talking about food and drinks and making thoughtful recommendations. Reliability, a calm presence under pressure, and genuine hospitality. Ability to work Tuesday-Saturday evenings (we're closed Sunday and Monday). Shifts typically cover dinner service; some overlap with happy hour. Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and move through a busy dining room and patio.
