Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and friendly Server / Ice Cream and Grill Menu Items to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will provide exceptional guest experiences with attentive service, handling food and beverage orders, and creating a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and menu knowledge will help ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. This position offers a unique environment where your skills in food service, presentation, and customer relations will shine. Duties Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders for food, ice cream, beverages, and specialty drinks using our POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items including desserts, etc. to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in sales transaction processing. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen station, and ice cream prep zones following food safety protocols. Assist with food preparation, including assembling desserts or preparing simple grill items as needed. Support guest relations by providing attentive service, answering questions about menu offerings and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a focus on fine dining or casual dining settings. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and sales processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy hours. Basic math skills for cash handling, change calculation, and processing transactions accurately. Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities.
