Hospitality LLC High Ridge, MO Job Details 1 hour ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description About the Opportunity We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and guest-focused team member to join a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position plays an important role in delivering exceptional dining experiences through great service, teamwork, and attention to detail. What You'll Do Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit. Take and process orders accurately while responding to guest questions and requests. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service and efficient operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas and throughout the restaurant. Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures at all times. Assist with setup, restocking, and closing tasks as needed. Support the team in creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere for guests and coworkers. What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute to a respectful workplace. Basic math and cash-handling skills may be helpful depending on the role. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus. Familiarity with restaurant operations, service standards, or point-of-sale systems is beneficial. Ability to stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods in a restaurant setting.
