Job Summary The Server Assistant plays a key role in supporting the restaurant team by ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest. This position assists servers, maintains dining room cleanliness and organization, delivers food and beverages, resets tables, and helps ensure efficient service throughout each shift. Requirements Qualifications Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience preferred Weekend and holiday availability required Full-time and part-time opportunities available Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and commitment to guest service Essential Duties & Responsibilities Deliver food from the kitchen to guests promptly and accurately Assist servers with guest requests and table maintenance Clear, clean, and reset tables throughout service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and work areas Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed Polish and stock glassware, silverware, and other service items Assist with opening and closing side work duties Stock service stations with necessary supplies throughout the shift Support servers during busy service periods to ensure efficient operations Assist with banquet and private dining events when needed Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests at all times Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Fine dining experience is a plus The Savoy is committed to providing exceptional hospitality while creating opportunities for team members to learn, grow, and build rewarding careers in the hospitality industry.
