Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fine Dining Server to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a upscale dining environment. The Fine Dining Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. As a Fine Dining Server, you will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure all orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Responsibilities:

Take food and beverage orders from guests Serve meals and beverages to guests according to established protocols Ensure quality control of all dishes and drinks being served Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any guest concerns or complaints Maintain a clean and organized dining area Manage multiple tables while ensuring each guest receives personalized attention Maintain complete knowledge of menu items and specials, including ingredients and preparation methods Attend all required meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

Minimum of one year experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong attention to detail Strong Wine and Cocktail knowledge preferred
