Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards are maintained Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Skills Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and food safety practices Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or high-volume settings Knowledge of food industry standards including sanitation, food handling, and basic math for cash handling and sales processing Excellent communication skills coupled with a passion for hospitality and guest relations Embark on a rewarding journey in the hospitality industry where your energy makes every guest feel special.
