Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation standards are met Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and responsibly Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including tables, bar, and serving stations Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Requirements Prior food service or restaurant experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining quality service Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately Experience with wine knowledge, cocktail preparation, spirits, and beverage service is a plus Familiarity with food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Excellent communication skills to engage with guests and team members professionally Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your enthusiasm makes every guest's visit extraordinary.
