Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions. Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails and spirits, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety. Upsell menu items and drinks to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via POS systems, and give correct change while maintaining accountability. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling and beverage service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly. Skills Extensive experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in food industry settings, including fine dining or nightclub environments. Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Ability to upsell effectively by understanding guest preferences and recommending complementary items.
