The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional service throughout their visit. This role is crucial in creating a positive dining experience and maintaining the high standards of our establishment. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Provide menus, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining tables and waiting areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests. Assist in training new staff members on front-of-house procedures and customer service standards. Uphold health and safety regulations while providing excellent service. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills to address guest concerns efficiently. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry, is preferred but not required.
