This position is responsible for greating guests, taking and maintaining reservations, escorting guests and parties to their area. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a positive attitude, and is available to work both weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities Host:

Arrive on time and complete all opening side work before service begins. Greet guests promptly and create a welcoming dining experience. Accurately take reservations, recording them in our system. Maintain knowledge of happy hour and special events. Maintain Retails and entry ways for customer experience, keeping retail area stocked and clean Assist with cleaning and maintaining dining room appearance. Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, server and management teams. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies.

Busser/Food Runner:

Arrive on time and complete all opening side work before service begins. Clear and reset tables and efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization for incoming guests Deliver food orders from the kitchen to dining tables accurately and promptly, maintaining proper food handling procedures Assist servers with bussing duties to support smooth service flow and guest satisfaction Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, dishes and supplies following safe lifting practices Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed Support kitchen staff with basic food running duties during busy periods to ensure timely service Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs. Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, server and management teams. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company policies. Qualifications Previous hosting / bussing / food running experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be dependable and punctual. Availability Requirements Must have availability on weekdays and weekends. Availability for holidays and special events is a plus. Flexible schedule preferred.
