The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the standards of our establishment. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the OpenTable system. Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, upselling opportunities, cocktails, wines, and liquors. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining proper sanitation standards. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment. Requirements/Preferences Previous experience in a server role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of sanitation practices and food safety regulations is a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Lunch Shifts 10-2pm, Dinner 3-9, Sunday Brunch 9-2.
