About the Role We're looking for a friendly, outgoing Server who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant setting. As a server at Hinode, you'll be the face of the guest experience by taking orders, answering questions about our menu, and ensuring every table leaves happy. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide excellent table service. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner. Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Monitor tables and anticipate guest needs before they ask. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety standards. Qualifications Previous restaurant serving experience preferred but not required. We're happy to train the right person! Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Flexible availability (weekends and evenings required). Must be at least 18 years old.
