Position Overview:

As a server at Gailey's, you'll be the face of our cafe, delivering exceptional service while creating a positive and inviting atmosphere. From greeting guests to taking orders, serving food, and ensuring our guests feel like part of the Gailey's family, this role is key to keeping our tradition of great service alive.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about the menu Ensure guests' needs are met throughout their meal Handle cash and credit transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Collaborate with the kitchen and team to ensure a smooth dining experience Help create a fun, positive, and inclusive work environment for all staff and guests

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive, upbeat attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, and carry small & large trays Ability to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$7.50 - $15.00 per hour
