This is an opportunity to be part of one of Springfield's most exciting new restaurant and rooftop concepts. We're looking for professional, motivated servers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What We're Looking For:

Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Strong communication and people skills. Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment. Attention to detail in service, presentation, and cleanliness. Positive attitude and team-first mindset. Ability to stay composed under pressure. Availability for nights, weekends, and peak shifts.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service. Maintain full knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail menus. Execute proper steps of service from greeting to payment. Accurately enter orders into POS and handle payments. Maintain clean and organized sections, side work, and stations. Work collaboratively with bar, kitchen, and management teams. Uphold Scratch & Co. standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Requirements:

Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred. Ability to stand/walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry trays (up to 30 lbs). Strong multitasking and time management skills. Basic knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails (training provided). Must be at least 18 years old.
