The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest experiences through excellent food and beverage service, ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in food service and strong knowledge of POS systems are preferred, along with a passion for hospitality and guest relations. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a vibrant dining setting, including fine dining and nightclub environments. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and service Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately at the end of each shift Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any service issues promptly Maintain guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns professionally Support other restaurant operations including host/hostess duties when needed Qualifications Previous experience in food service, fine dining, or nightclub environments is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales performance Previous roles in serving, bartending, bussing, or host/hostess positions are advantageous A positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset and flexibility to work nights or weekends as needed Join our team to provide memorable dining experiences while advancing your hospitality career in a lively environment that values professionalism and guest satisfaction.
