Friendship Village, a faith-based senior living community in St. Louis, is seeking a part-time Morning Server to provide warm, attentive dining service to our residents. In this role, you'll take orders, deliver meals, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining room while honoring residents' preferences and dietary needs. You'll work closely with a supportive, mission-driven team, building meaningful relationships and contributing to a respectful, resident-centered environment with opportunities to grow your hospitality skills. Responsibilities Provide friendly table service to senior living residents during breakfast and lunch Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner Set up, clear, and reset dining room tables and service stations Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area are consistently met Communicate special dietary needs or resident requests to kitchen staff Assist residents courteously, offering extra help as needed Follow safety, health, and infection-control procedures Work collaboratively with dining and caregiving teams to support a positive resident experience Required Skills Table service Point-of-sale (POS) use Food handling and sanitation Basic nutrition/dietary awareness Dining room setup and breakdown Order taking and accuracy Customer service Time management Team collaboration Infection control procedures
