Job Description

In this role, you will help deliver friendly, efficient service while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Responsibilities Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, professional service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system Deliver menu items in a timely manner while ensuring order accuracy and presentation standards Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests quickly Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service area Assist with table setup, bussing, and resetting tables between guests Collaborate with kitchen and support staff to provide smooth service Process payments accurately and handle transactions with professionalism Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards Support teammates and contribute to a positive guest experience Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help where needed Basic math skills and comfort handling payments Dependability, professionalism, and a positive approach to guest service Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed What We Offer A supportive and team-focused work environment Opportunities to grow and develop in the hospitality industry Training and support to help you succeed A chance to contribute to memorable guest experiences every day Additional Information We are committed to providing an inclusive workplace where every team member is treated with respect and has the opportunity to succeed.
