Job Summary - PAY is for waiter wage NOT including tips made!!!! Join our vibrant team as a Waiter/Waitress and become the face of exceptional dining experiences! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and create memorable moments for every visitor. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for. Whether taking orders, serving delicious dishes, or managing guest relations, you'll be an essential part of our dynamic food service environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems including Cashiering functions Assist with food handling, food preparation, and kitchen support when needed to ensure smooth operations Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, specials, and restaurant policies to answer guest questions confidently Support guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to foster repeat business Uphold food safety standards and sanitation protocols in compliance with health regulations Qualifications Experience is a plus, but not necessary! Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety procedures, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing and transaction purposes Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or hospitality roles preferred Basic kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not required Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment Waiters must be 18+ to serve in our establishment.
