Job Summary Essential Duties and Responsibilities Make sure that all tables are set completely both before and after shift. Make sure all areas are clean and free of debris. Maintain tables throughout service, clearing dishes between courses and empty glassware as necessary. Clearing and scraping all dishes in the side stations after clearing a table. Stock all side stations with linen and proper glassware. Service and explanation of bread to guests, after cocktails are served by the food server. May also assist server in carrying order to the tables. Refills water glasses and coffee cups as required. Makes coffee when necessary. Maintain professional demeanor throughout service, assisting servers as necessary. Resets table and perform other related duties as requested by the Food Server. Move tables throughout dining room in order to be able to set up and accommodate need of the reservations. Supplies the dining room and individual guest tables with clean china, silver, glassware, utensils, condiments, and paper supplies as needed. Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents self as a credit to Harrah's and encourages others to do the same. How You Will Create the

Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. Enforce Project 21 policy and procedures by monitoring area for underage gamblers. Suggests players in Caesars Rewards, Caesars Rewards App, Play by CR, and Caesars Rewards Visa. Suggests products, services and experiences to guests. Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need Qualifications :

Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be willing to participate in on-going training in the food and beverage field. Maintain knowledge of current property events, promotions and attractions. Must have outgoing personality and be able to generate business. Must be able to work independently, with little supervision. Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Superior communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently. Must present a well-groomed appearance. Must adhere to uniform/appearance requirements. Ability to appreciate and be friendly with all Harrah's Gulf Coast team members who are of various ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Able to accept direction of Senior Leadership.
