PAY:

$3-$5 per hour plus tips. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm to create a welcoming atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as TOAST POS or, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and attention to detail Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during transactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions about menu items, dietary restrictions, or special requests Support sanitation efforts by following proper food handling procedures and ensuring compliance with health regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during high-volume hours such as nights or weekends Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems like TOAST POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience with OpenTable reservations management is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation enhances your ability to assist guests effectively Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and responsibilities simultaneously Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous host/hostess or bussing experience beneficial but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
