Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their seats with enthusiasm and professionalism Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while handling cash handling responsibilities with accuracy Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Provide exceptional guest service by addressing questions about menu items, offering wine or drink recommendations, and ensuring overall guest comfort Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or casual settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales transactions Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive communication style Ability to perform basic math accurately for bill calculations and cash handling tasks Culinary experience or food preparation knowledge is a plus but not required Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one prior to employment is preferred Join us in creating memorable dining experiences through energetic service, expert knowledge, and genuine hospitality.
