Job Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team! As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert beverage and food knowledge, and a positive attitude. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card processing Provide expert beverage service, including spirits, wine knowledge, cocktail mixing, and drink recommendations Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling Support food preparation and kitchen staff when needed to ensure timely service delivery Engage with guests to foster positive relationships, handle special requests, and resolve any concerns promptly Follow all food safety protocols and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or high-volume settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and sales processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and processing sales quickly Culinary experience or food industry background is a plus for understanding menu items and food handling procedures Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist guests seamlessly Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation practices preferred but not required Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while enhancing guest satisfaction Join us as a Server if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
