Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a memorable first impression Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Manage tables effectively by coordinating with kitchen staff for food preparation and ensuring timely service Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and beverage service procedures Skills Proven experience in food service roles, including fine dining, nightclub, or casual restaurant settings Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for order entry and sales processing Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating bills Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry Experience with serving guests in high-volume environments while maintaining professionalism Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Join us as an Experience Server where your enthusiasm meets your expertise!
