Pay:

$3.50/hour + Tips Hen & Egg is looking for hospitality professionals who understand that serving guests is more than taking orders. Located in the historic Sun-n-Sand building in Downtown Jackson, Hen & Egg is a fast-casual concept created by Chef Nick Wallace. We are known for delivering exceptional food and elevated hospitality in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for Servers who: Naturally smile and engage with guests Move with urgency and purpose Stay calm under pressure Take pride in creating memorable guest experiences Work well as part of a team Represent the Hen & Egg brand with professionalism This is not a position for someone who wants to stand around waiting for tables. Our team members stay engaged, anticipate guest needs, and actively contribute to the success of the restaurant.

PM Sunday:

10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Responsibilities Greet every guest warmly and professionally Provide attentive and engaging table service Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items and daily specials Accurately enter guest orders Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally Anticipate guest needs before they have to ask Assist with dining room cleanliness and organization Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members Complete opening, side work, and closing responsibilities Help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to return

Qualifications Required:

Reliable transportation Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Professional appearance and demeanor

Preferred:
