Waiter/Waitress keeps all tips and gratuity. Tips are increasing daily as we grow. We play live music on Friday and Saturday night. Our hours are M-F 11:00 am - 8:00 PM, 11:00 am - 10:00 pm •This person must have some management experience demonstrated by references. This person will lead a team of front end staff that will wait tables and perform all responsibilities that align with Nell Grace job duties. Maintain core values of Nell Grace as required by management. Makes schedules and maintain roster of staff. •Salary is negotiable with experience. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems and relay orders promptly to kitchen staff. Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards. Check in with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met, address any concerns promptly, and foster guest relations. Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with food handling, sanitation, and general restaurant cleanliness to maintain a welcoming environment. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurate Pop or cashiering tools. Support other team members as needed, including hosting or bussing duties, to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a strong background in guest relations and customer service. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Strong sales abilities with a focus on upselling menu items to maximize revenue opportunities. Experience working in fine dining settings or nightclubs is advantageous but not required.
