Job Description

RESTAURANT SERVER
Grill 1901, Lucedale's newest restaurant , is looking for friendly, energetic Servers to join our front-of-house team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with guests, working in a fast-paced environment, and delivering excellent service with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and provide a welcoming dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy and presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas Answer menu questions and make recommendations Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management team Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly Follow all service standards, policies, and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous serving experience preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and team-first mindset Ability to multitask in a busy environment Dependable, punctual, and professional Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
