Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage table turnover by bussing and resetting tables promptly while adhering to sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities using POS systems Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and food safety protocols to assist guests effectively Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with health regulations Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus for better teamwork understanding Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
