Role:

The Beverage Server Swing Shift plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for serving a variety of beverages to guests, ensuring that their experience is enjoyable and memorable. Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age. Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology. Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems. Certification in responsible beverage service.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely service. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and serving stations. Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
