Job Description
Overview We are a casual dining establishment, locally owned and operated. We place great emphasis on quality food and a great experience for our customers. We are seeking experienced servers and a bartender to join our team. We currently have a part time bartender shift (Wed-Sun) with some serving shifts as needed. Duties
- Bartender
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist servers in running food and drink as time allows
- Contribute to overall housekeeping of the dining room. Cleaning work areas, bathrooms, scheduled cleaning projects etc.

- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Servers are expected to self bartend during non peak shifts (day time, some weekdays)
- Contribute to overall housekeeping of the dining room. Cleaning work areas, bathrooms, scheduled cleaning projects etc.
- Experience
- Previous experience preferred
- Proficiency in math for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of sales techniques to upsell and promote specials
- Familiarity with food handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality Benefits & Compensation Bartending $13/hr plus tips Server $10.
