We are currently Hiring Experienced Part Time Servers. We are looking for professional, high-energy individuals to join our front-of-house team and help us deliver the warm, sophisticated service our guests have come to expect. The Role As a member of our waitstaff, you are the face of The Granary experience. You'll be responsible for guiding guests through our curated menu, suggesting the perfect wine or craft cocktail pairing, and ensuring every meal feels like a special occasion.
Key Responsibilities:
Expert Service:
Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly table service in a fast-paced environment.
Menu Mastery:
Maintain a deep understanding of our rotating seasonal menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and dietary accommodations.
Beverage Excellence:
Confidently describe and serve our craft cocktails, local brews, and extensive wine list.
Team Synergy:
Work seamlessly with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timing and presentation are flawless.
Atmosphere Management:
Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic of your section, ensuring the "Granary vibe" is consistent for every guest.
What We're Looking For Experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume or upscale-casual dining environment preferred.
Passion:
A genuine love for great food, craft drinks, and the Billings community.
Reliability:
Availability for evening and weekend shifts (patio season is our busiest time!).
Professionalism:
The ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining a "hospitality-first" mindset.
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with modern POS systems (Toast, Aloha, etc.) is a plus. Why Join Our Team?
