Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food handling, food preparation, and sanitation to uphold safety standards in line with food safety regulations Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations accurately during transactions Support bussing, cleaning tables, and resetting dining areas to maintain a clean, organized environment conducive to fine dining or nightclub settings Skills
