Job Overview We are seeking energetic and dedicated Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, knowledgeable recommendations, and a welcoming attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable dining moments for our guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a lively environment that values teamwork, hospitality, and food excellence. You will earn great tips as well! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Square. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Engage with guests to provide detailed menu descriptions, recommend specials, and upsell items to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing tables and assisting with sanitation procedures, when we don't have a bus person. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting food safety and proper food handling practices. Demonstrate excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Support team members during busy hours by assisting with food prep or other restaurant duties as needed. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse needs effectively. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations. Culinary or kitchen experience can be beneficial for understanding food preparation processes. Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and team collaboration.
