Job Description
- Hourly rate listed is base wage only.
- This is a tipped position with substantial earning potential for experienced, high-performing servers.
- Greet guests promptly with a smile and warm welcome.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system.
- Deliver food quickly and check back within two minutes of delivery.
- Refill drinks, offer dessert, and make every table feel cared for.
- Manage your section with a sense of ownership — clean, organized, and ready.
- Handle guest concerns or mistakes with professionalism.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen, hosts, and bussers to keep service flowing smoothly.
- Complete side-work, cleaning tasks, and assist teammates whenever needed.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.

- Be able to manage a five-table rotation confidently.
- Deliver food and beverages within expected time standards.
