Breakfast Server - Bella Caffè | Kalispell, MT Join the team at Bella Caffè! Bella Caffè is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic breakfast server to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding service, delicious food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel like family. Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm, genuine smile Provide attentive and efficient table service Learn our breakfast and lunch menu thoroughly to confidently answer questions and make recommendations Work closely with the kitchen to ensure food is delivered accurately and promptly Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas Process guest payments accurately Complete opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned Work as part of a team to provide an exceptional dining experience What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must Positive attitude and strong work ethic Friendly personality with excellent communication skills Ability to stay calm and organized during busy breakfast and lunch rushes Team player who is willing to help wherever needed Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail Previous serving experience is preferred, but not required.
