Job Description
Basic Overview of Position:
- Greet and welcome all guests. Guests are the number one priority always.
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, and wine. Provide great service by offering suggestions and recommendations on menu items. Be prepared for questions about menu items
- Take customer orders and process orders as requested with a positive and friendly attitude
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the grab and go, bar, and restaurant including wiping down counters and tables, restocking supplies, and sanitizing equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow

Be a genuinely friendly and welcoming host to all visitors, embodying a positive attitude ("Smile," "Be Happy").Customer Service Excellence:
Proactively greet customers, offer knowledgeable assistance, answer questions about our menu, and provide thoughtful recommendations.Sales and Payment Processing:
Accurately take customer orders and efficiently process transactions using the cash register.Maintenance:
Maintain the dining room's pristine appearance and organization, including regular tasks like wiping down tables, sanitizing equipment, and restocking.- Food safety: Participate actively in practicing safe food/beverage handling, hand washing, and sanitation, which are major and essential components of the role.
Team Collaboration:
