Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take beverage and food orders accurately, and deliver exceptional service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of drinks including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with professionalism and flair Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales transactions efficiently and accurately Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in line with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and beverage preparation Manage cash handling responsibilities responsibly, including processing cash transactions and giving correct change Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and assist with bussing tables or clearing dishes as needed Demonstrate extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and food industry trends to educate guests and enhance their experience Support guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Assist with opening or closing duties such as setting up bar stations or cleaning work areas to uphold sanitation standards Experience Prior experience in food service or hospitality roles is highly preferred, especially within fine dining or nightclub environments Proven ability to handle POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS efficiently Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer is essential Experience with food safety protocols and sanitation practices within the food industry Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously during busy hours Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that fosters guest loyalty Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic math skills for processing sales accurately Previous roles involving serving or bartending in high-volume settings like nightclubs or upscale restaurants are advantageous Join us to bring your passion for hospitality to life!
