Qualifications:

2+ years experience in fine dining Knowledge of beverage items including beer, wine & spirits At least 6 month availability Valid drivers license and personal transportation

Responsibilities:

Utilize proper steps of service throughout dining experience Maintain good coordination and timing while serving orders quickly Maintain complete knowledge of all menu and beverage items, preparation method/time, ingredients and quality standards of taste, appearance, texture, serving temperature, portion size, garnish and method of presentation

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
