Seasonal Banquet Server This established hospitality and tourism organization operates a variety of attractions, lodging, and guest experiences throughout the Flathead Valley. With a focus on creating memorable experiences for visitors, the organization offers a dynamic work environment where employees have the opportunity to work in a scenic destination while supporting high-quality guest services and operations. The Banquet Server will provide friendly, professional service to guests while supporting restaurants, banquets, and special event operations. This position will serve food and beverages, assist with event setup and cleanup, and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a flexible, on-call schedule.

Starting Wage:

$12/hour plus tips

Schedule:

Variable, on-call schedule based on event needs - Primarily evening shifts and event days

Essential Functions and Duties:

Provide friendly, professional service during banquets, meetings, weddings, and special events Set up, prepare, and reset event spaces according to event specifications and service standards Serve food and beverages for plated, buffet, reception-style, and other banquet functions Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests throughout events Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented event and service areas while following safety and sanitation standards Work with banquet, culinary, and hotel teams to support smooth event operations, including setup, teardown, and other Food & Beverage duties as needed

Qualifications:

1+ year of serving or hospitality experience preferred; banquet or event experience is a plus Strong guest service and communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Ability to safely and confidently carry trays, plates, and glassware POS experience preferred, but not required Reliable, team-oriented, and flexible with a positive attitude and availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts Call or text Dre in our LC Staffing Kalispell Office at 406-298-9148 42144
