Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, including wines and spirits, to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar areas, and service stations; bus tables as needed Assist with food preparation and kitchen coordination when necessary to ensure smooth service flow Demonstrate extensive knowledge of menu items, including cocktail recipes, wine pairings, and spirits experience Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable dining experience Follow sanitation protocols and food handling procedures to uphold health standards in the food industry Requirements Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and sales processing Strong knowledge of beverage service, including cocktails, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and drink service techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation standards in the food industry Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in hospitality or food industry roles such as host/hostess or bartender is advantageous Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
